Due to the current COVID 19 pandemic, we have been forced to run services differently to protect patients and staff. The surgery is still open, but the doors are closed to allow controlled access and online booking of appointments has been suspended.
All appointments will be by telephone or video consultation initially, with face-to-face appointments arranged by the clinician only if absolutely necessary.
Please do not attend the surgery if you do not have an appointment.
Advice for patients with symptoms of Coronavirus or queries about Coronavirus
The symptoms of COVID are a high temperature above 37.8, a new cough (usually persistent and dry) or loss/change in sense of taste or smell.
All patients with queries or mild symptoms of Coronavirus should go to NHS Inform website where all the relevant advice is available.
If you need a sick line to self isolate this is available direct from this website. You do not need a GP sick line.
Patients who are more unwell with symptoms of COVID should contact NHS 24 on 111, day or night rather than the GP surgery.
Callers to the 111 helpline will be assessed and, if necessary, transferred to a local community hub staffed by clinicians from across the healthcare system to ensure patients get the best possible advice.
