BOOK APPOINTMENTS ON-LINE   /   ORDER REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS ON-LINE 
If you have not already registered for on-line access to our appointments book or your own repeat medication record, just ask reception for your login details.
Registration is a simple process you can do at home and only takes a few minutes. 
Then, using your own login ID and password, you can book appointments when it suits you instead of waiting for our phone line to be free.  The on-line system is available 24hrs a day / 7 days a week.

Patient Forum

The practice hosts meetings with patient and clinical representatives every 2 months with the aim of discussing services provided by the Practice; general NHS matters and communicating Practice updates to patient representatives. We would like to include a cross section of the practice population covering all ages.
